Roy C. King, Chief Executive Officer and President
Roy C. King is a Rockefeller & Co. Managing Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Rockit™, Mr. King worked as President and Chief Operating Officer at Gevity, a publicly traded provider of HR outsourcing services. Mr. King has led a number of technology and services companies, including Mercator Software, Inc. where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and IBM Global Services where he was a Europe-based General Manager charged with growing the business. Mr. King earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daniel H. Berg, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Daniel H. Berg is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. He is responsible for the definition, implementation and evolution of the company's fully integrated financial data aggregation, analysis and reporting platform, Rockit™ Command. A 22-year veteran of the financial services-related technology industry, Mr. Berg has led product and technology development efforts at AT&T, Andersen Consulting, The Boston Consulting Group, Eastman Kodak and Wang Software. He also served as Senior Vice President, Product Development at Foundation Source, a technology service provider focused on delivering innovative philanthropic solutions to ultra high net worth, single- and multi-family offices, and private wealth management communities. Mr. Berg holds a BS in Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester, and an MS in Computer Science from New York University.

Michael J. Collins, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Michael Collins is an innovative business thinker specializing in creatively moving people – clients, prospects, influencers and employees – to action. As Chief Marketing Officer for Rockefeller & Company’s wealth technology division, Rockit Solutions, Mr. Collins brings significant entrepreneurial and general management experience to his role and is responsible for setting marketing and sales strategy, alliance creation, brand development and communications, product/solutions management, workplace resources and developing strategies for future global expansion. Prior to his role as CMO of Rockit™, he was a Sr. Director of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at Iomega Corporation where he was a member of the team that shifted the company from a sluggish business-to-business supplier to a revolutionary new consumer brand. While serving as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at SAGA Software, Inc. he helped re-position the brand and take the company public. Most recently, as CMO for Gevity HR, Mr. Collins was a key leader driving the transformation of the company’s business model and brand. He received his degree in communications/journalism from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.

Len Randazzo, Chief of Operations
Len Randazzo is the Chief of Operations at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Rockit™, Len was a Managing Director Principal, COO and Transition Business Leader with Bear Stearns Asset Management. He was also a Managing Director at the Bank of New York in their Institutional Asset Management Division. Len graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Montclair State University and received a Masters of Science in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

David R. Bauman, Vice President, Research and Development
David R. Bauman is the Vice President of Research and Development for Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Mr. Bauman joined the company in 2001 with over 25 years of experience in the development of financial applications. Prior to 2001, Mr. Bauman was a principal with Enterprise Technology Corporation, a small New York-based consulting firm specializing in the custom development of financial applications whose clients included Alliance Capital Management, Equitable Capital Management, General Motors, and Oppenheimer Capital. Mr. Bauman holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University, a BA degree summa cum laude in Mathematics from Queens College, and a BSEE degree from Polytechnic University.

Susan McDermott, Vice President, Alliances
Susan McDermott is Vice President of Alliances at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. For the past six years, Ms. McDermott has been responsible for relationship management, business development, and system usage of Rockit™ Command. Ms. McDermott was instrumental in the development and launch of the system and worked closely with clients to customize Rockit™ Command to meet their specific needs, thereby contributing her in-depth knowledge of technology and business. Earlier in her career, Ms. McDermott worked in the financial services industry as a Project and Business Manager bringing technology to the forefront to solve her client's business challenges. She holds a BA in Economics from Susquehanna University.

Susan Joura, Vice President, Client Service and Reporting
Susan Joura is Vice President of Client Service and Reporting at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including private banking, corporate trust services and operations. Ms Joura has held senior client service management roles at several major banking institutions, including JPMorganChase Private Bank, where she was responsible for the Family Wealth client service group. Most recently she was in Citigroup’s Private Bank as a Director in Preferred Custody Services. Ms. Joura holds a BBA in Business Education from Pace University in New York City.

Dan Shirra, Vice President, Marketing and Sales Support
As the Vice President of Marketing and Sales Support, Mr. Shirra brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Rockit Solutions, LLC , a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. In previous roles, Mr. Shirra has delivered rapid results by integrating the marketing program and marketing communication teams at both enterprise and consumer companies. Mr. Shirra most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Gevity HR, where he lead the core marketing infrastructure and supported the sales organization. As Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Cardiff Software, Mr. Shirra successfully repositioned the company to move up-market — serving large businesses and organizations. Other roles include Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Q.Know, Metiom , and EGrail; Senior Director for both SAGA Software, Inc. and Iomega Corporation. Mr. Shirra received his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University.

David S. Flynn, Vice President, Strategic Projects
David S. Flynn is the Vice President of Strategic Projects for Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. He is responsible for the management and execution of many of Rockit’s key strategic initiatives including enterprise and technology transformation. Mr. Flynn brings over 14 years of experience to the position, including experience as a Managing Consultant at Headstrong Inc. where he advised financial institutions on a wide variety of large transformational change initiatives. He joins us most recently from BNYMellon where he served as Chief of Staff in the Wealth Management Technology Group. Mr. Flynn holds a BA in History from Fordham University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Patricia A. Carroll, Director, Partnership Accounting
Patricia A. Carroll is the Director of Partnership Accounting at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Rockit™, Pat was Co-Chief Financial Officer with Bridgewater Associates. She was also Chief Financial Officer with Advantage Human Resourcing and Dailey Capital Management, LP. Pat graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Stonehill College and received an MBA from Sacred Heart University.

David J. Orticelli, Director, Partnership Tax
David J. Orticelli is the Director of Partnership Tax at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Rockit™, David was a Senior Tax Manager with Deloitte, Financial Services Group. He was also a Tax Attorney at Capossela, Cohen, LLC. David graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, received a JD Degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a LLM Degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

Ushir Shah, Vice President, Information Technology
Ushir Shah is the Vice President of Technology for Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co. Inc. Mr. Shah is responsible for the management of the Information Systems Group, where he oversees all technology infrastructure, including network, security, servers, telecomm, and desktops. Prior to joining Rockit™, Mr. Shah was the Executive Director of Information Technology at Jenzabar, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Shah holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University.

Joan E. Guyotte, Vice President, Data Integrity Services
Joan E. Guyotte is the Vice President of Data Integrity Services at Rockit Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc. Ms. Guyotte is responsible for the management of the On-boarding and Operations Department where she oversees all new client implementation, data aggregation, reconciliation, account- and security-level processing, pricing analysis and valuation, and performance analysis. Prior to joining Rockefeller & Co. in 2004, Ms. Guyotte was a Senior Client Administrator at Dane, Falb, Stone & Company, a Boston-based Registered Investment Advisor. Ms. Guyotte holds a BA in English Literature from St. Michael’s College.
